-Orders are processed once payment is received. Expect 1-3 weeks for delivery as items are made after they are ordered but may also be quicker or longer depending on what the order is. Items in orders sometimes ship separately. 

-Double check orders before checkout!  Items are unique and made to order. I can’t accept refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or I mess up. When you get the order confirmation email, check to make sure that it is correct, and if not let me know asap before I process the order. I manually submit orders that come to me.

-If you want something custom done on your order let me know and I might be able to accommodate for you.

Follow the instructions on the inner tags first or ask me to make sure.

If you do dry anything make sure it is at least set to the lowest setting! I do that with most stuff anyway. Dryers are all different.

Cotton: Low tumble dry heat, hang to dry, do not wring, low heat iron. 

Silk: Dry clean only recommended, can be hand washed in cold water with silk detergent.

Polyester: Use cold water and hang dry or use low heat settings (expect pilling to occur)
